R. Galli Biography
(1939 - 2006)
Born in Italy in 1939.
Discovery of his talent came early and his studies continued at Sir George Williams University (Concordia) in Montreal and at Art Instruction School, Minneapolis, Minnesota in the U.S.
He came to Canada in 1952 and resided in Quebec. His work demonstrated great strength in various media, but his favourite was oil, with which he captured the natural Quebec landscape in all its seasons and moods. He has exhibited in Montreal, Baie St. Paul, Quebec City and Toronto.
His works are in many private collections throughout Canada, the United States, Mexico and Europe.
