Harry Britton

He painted portraits, landscapes and marinescapes in impressionistic and realistic styles. He visited St. Ives in 1912 and lived in Nova Scotia, 1925-34, returning to Toronto about 1935 where he lived until his death. E. F. B. Johnston described him as an artist with “matured conceptions”.
