Fernand Labelle Biography
(1934)
A painter from Cornwall, Ontario, whose work was shown at the Union of Canada Building, Dalhousie Street, Ottawa, in the late fall of 1969. Mr. Labelle is employed by the Quebec Ministry of Education. He is a painter of seascapes, villages and city scenes, and a variety of other subjects.
