On a first glance, the figures in the series "Higgs Field" give the impression to be placed in a landscape. In the second last paintings of the series of 20 works, a theatrical setting is revealed, with a row of seats and a closed curtain. Brian Burke wrote in 2016: "Employing an illusion to signify an illusion". The painting comes from the Estate of Brian Burke.
