During his forty-year career, Toronto artist Tony Meers was a prolific commercial illustrator and during the 1980s and 1990s his paintings were frequently reproduced for the covers of romance novels. “Trop Belle Moira” graced the cover of “A World of Difference” by Sandra Field in 1985.
