“Regino” typifies Fafard's play with form, perspective, and space while honouring the integrity of the farm animal. Executed with individual characteristics and colourings, Fafard takes great care to maintain the personality of each of his sculptures. Intended to be affixed to the wall, the horse's hooves are angled to align flush with the wall surface, giving the illusion of little “Regino” galloping across the surface of the wall.
